  I just had the absolute best experience I could ever ask for. Came from out of town for a 4:45 wedding and realized my suit didn't make it to Sacramento. I called and they told me to come in. Arrived at 3pm and was out the door with a perfect fitting suit by 3:40. Got an amazing deal and I now own the suit. Words can not describe just how amazing the customer service was. John helped me while also attending to the others in the store that were there before me. He helped me out of my scramble and was an expert on sizing and style. The rest of the team at the store came together to help me as well. I wish I could do more than just write a review! Thank you thank you thank you! I owe this store so much!

  Terrific experience. Jillian was very prompt in returning my e-mail inquiry about a last minute rental. When I picked it up the associate was very helpful and accommodating. Then another helpful employee volunteered to make the alteration, if I didn't mind waiting 15 minutes, so I wouldn't have to come back the next day to pick it up. Overall great experience, fantastic service, and people who knew their job!! Definitely the place to rent or buy a tuxedo. Thanks!
