  I was shopping here with my mom last week to get some work pants. I went into the dressing room like with the TWO pairs of pants I had and the lady stopped me like everyone else and counted the pants. I tried them on and realised there was a whole in yje seem. I cam out, tried to walk past the white haird lady and she would not let me pass. She mad me put my pants on the rack and she checked my TWO pairs of pants with NO pockets for 5 minutes. She told me it was company policy. She didn't do this to anyone else! She took my pants off the hangure, turned them inside out before I could leave the dressing room. My mother was pissed and so was I. She just accused me of stealing without saying it to me. I went to get a pair of pants that were not ripped beofre check out. We got to the registrar and told the cashier that there was a whole in the pants. She yelled at us saying What? Not even checking where I am trying to show her. We were telling her we did not want the one because of the whole but we want the other 2. I finally just said I don't want them because of the huge hole in the crotch. When we went on to explain to the cashier that we were just letting her know that way no one else got the same pair of pants by accident. Then this cashier takes the pants all the way back to the Shelf and sets in there. I feel bad to whoever buys those pants because there's a hole in the crotch and you can't tell unless you try them on. So this item should have been recalled because it was damaged previously to it being shipped and the cashier did not do her job on top of that I was basically accused of stealing. I don't recommend anybody shopping at this Ross the only nice guys is security guard and everyone else seems to think they can do the security guards job. If I can get this is zero Stars I would. I probably won't even bought the pants if it weren't for the fact I needed them for work the next day at the new job I just got. We also made a report off of the receipt but no one's contacted us or anything like that which is really upsetting considering this is something that should be taken care of and fixed. Terrible store I would never go back! I love Ross but this store is not worth it.
