- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆October 20, 2019, by Brandi LipariMacy's has gone downhill so bad. The Cosmetic and fragrance people are rude if you can even get help. Their customer service is terrible if you need assistance finding anything. The return policies are difficult. I'd much rather spend a few more bucks and shop at Nordstrom's where my money is appreciated and I can return something with a receipt without any problems and get excellent customer service every single time.
