  I am only giving one star as it will not let you rate 0000000. This store is terrible!!!!!!! My first experience with them was in December 2017 when I purchased a dishwasher from them. The service was lacking through the purchase, but I was able to buy the dishwasher I wanted. I purchased a stainless steel exterior with stainless steel interior tub. (one of the higher end models) They brought the box out and loaded in the car. We got home and opened the box only to find that they had given us a white plastic dishwasher! upon returning to the store found that this was the cheapest ($299) model they carried. At no time was there an apology, any consideration for the lost time of having to make an unnecessary trip back to the store, or any sort of discount offered. We were told it was no big deal!!!! I have to wonder if they would have felt the same way if I had ended up with a dishwasher that was worth three times what I paid, instead of 1/3 of what I paid.........My second experience was last night, I thought the first experience must have been a fluke, I will try again with a washer. The sales person clearly is NOT a sales person, as they made every comment to indicate they did not have it, nor would any other store, and if I wanted to order it, it would take two weeks or longer. At which time I did reply out loud, " it would appear you are not interested in selling a product this evening, maybe we should buy somewhere else." his reply, " that works for me." UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

  Had to wait 30 min in the paint department, employees have to check their little smart phones just to give you a basic answer. Just go to Home Depot or better Ace Hardwear.

  My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe's on Greenback. He died 10/31/09 but I still shop there as it is close to my home. Recently my dishwasher, a Bosch ceased to work. I did accah out with my Home Warranty Services & I bought a Fridgeadaire. Lowe's gave him a Samsung to install. I was livid. I have had to call so many times. Their phones aren't answered & several people I was told they could help me, they lied. It appears & I perceive NO formal training is done on how to answer a phone (if they are answered @ all) or treat or talk to a customer. When I have been there there are workers, all over the place yet these people have no concept of what "customer service" is & there is zero concept of any manners, follow through or communication. I bought a Fridgeadaire yet I now have a Samsung dishwasher, they're very good @ being ineffective & lack efficiency as well as courtesy or manners.
