At some stores I've been given the wrong type of paint or wrong gloss-tone more than once even with a clearly written list to make it easy for them. Joseph not only provided me with friendly, efficient service, but went out of his way to track down some hard-to-find colors I was interested in and gave me a followup phone call when they came in. THANK YOU JOSEPH! Sort of restores my faith in the dwindling world of service in retail stores.
