  The absolute worst purchase and worst warranty. We purchase a new couch that literally started falling apart when we got it home. When I called to get the warranty to cover the issues the owner said the issues were because my husband was a "big guy" I don't, however, recall them telling us the couch was made for petite people up in purchase. We have only had the couch now for about 6 months and it is awful! Cheaply made. I would love my money back. I would give tho zero stars if I could!
